Senior Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) @Ekamai

Location: Ekamai
Working Day: Monday-Friday 
Working Hour: 8.00-17.00

Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the main point of contact for automobile manufacturers or Tier-1 suppliers, handling (Sales, Operations, and Quality related matters)
• Act as a coordinator with company group sales organization and among group companies, providing support to sales staff
• Responsible for product proposals, quotation preparation, price negotiations, order management, and monitoring daily order status and production preparation progress
• Work with Japan Headquarters and group companies (Veitnam Factory), based on customer requirements
• Business travelling to India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan, and other locations may be required
• Based on performance and suitability, there is potential for career advancement to a Manager position
• Internally, support sales budget planning and control, conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual sales analysis, and prepare marketing and sales-related reports for headquarters, contributing to Asia regional business operations

Qualification:

• Male or Female, Age 30 – 45 years old
• Bachelor degree in Automotive parts related field
• Min. 5 years experience in in the automotive parts manufacturing industry or trading companies
• Good command in Japanese (Level JLPT2 up)
• English skill is must (English E-mail correspondence) / TOEIC SCORE Over 700
• Technical knowledge -Mechanical / Electronic engineering or relevant technical work experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
• Knowledge of order processing, purchasing, and inventory management using ERP systems will be advantage
• Knowledge of international trade practices
• Good computer skill in MS Office (Excellent Excel Skill) and other related software
