Location: BTS Ploenchit
Working Day: Monday – Friday / Working Shift Schedule (Saturdays as per the company calendar)
Working Hour: 8.30-17.30
Responsibilities:
- Understand the responsibilities of existing team members and provide flexible support as needed.
- Able to communicate in a respectful and friendly manner with people at all levels and work smoothly with different personalities and situations.
- Contact the window, negotiate, and consult with person in charge of Japanese customer.
- Coordinate and handle he problem or big incident of internal and external issue.
- Analyze and make a Kaizen plan and do action for quality improvement.
Qualification:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales in IT field.
- Experience own solution proposing and get awards from customers.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic Network skills Cisco, Aruba, etc.
- Basic Server/Storage/Cloud skills Windows, Linux, AWS, Azure.
- Basic security skills Cisco, Palo Alto, Fotigate, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Network, Server, Cloud, application, and Security.
