Production Manager @Amata city Phase 8

Location : Amata city Phase 8
Working Day : Monday – Friday
Working Hour : 08.00 – 17.00

Responsibilities: 

• Handle and control projects of automotive products
• Suggest and advised subordinate for engineering process and control
• Supporter engineering team and engineering concerning
• Control of KPI or Target of engineering section
• Progressive report or presentation about etc. project especially new model
• Manpower and solving problem for engineering team
• Control cost and expense for engineering process
• Cooperate with etc. section for new model or engineering concern
• Review jobs of subordinate for engineering concern
• Create or improvement concern about engineering process
• Get requirement and keep due date on time schedule
• Review action plan or schedule of subordinate for new model and concerning
• Feedback to all concerning engineering control
• Able to Customer Satisfaction and require
• Make teamwork of engineering section

Qualification:

• Male or Female
• Age: 45 years old (at least) : 50 yrs is a max
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering major in Electronics, Electrical power, mechanical or related field
• Experience in management level at least 5 years in automotive products or electronics field
• Communication skill; Able to communication by English or Japanese if any *report Japanese manager*
• Have experience in automotive products and concerning electronics field
• Have experience to control subordinate and project or jobs require or manage manpower and control
• Engineering control; Have experience or knowledge about engineering control PPAP, APQP. ECN,
• Computer skills: Able or expert MS. Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint or CAD
• ISO system; Able to handle or knowledge about ISO 9001, IATF16949 and etc.
• Have knowledge 5S. and safety control
