Manual Insert Assistant manager @ Amata City Chonburi

Location: Amata City Chonburi
Working Day: Monday – Friday 
Working Hour: 08.00 – 17.30

Responsibilities: 

• Plan and control production processes for Manual Insert (MI), Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Testing (ICT / FCT / Functional Test).
• Ensure product quality meets internal standards and customer requirements.
• Analyze and solve production defects such as solder bridges, insufficient solder, coating defects, and test failures. – Improve manufacturing processes to reduce defects and increase production yield.
• Supervise and manage Supervisors and production operators to achieve production targets.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Production Planning departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support quality systems and activities such as ISO, IATF, and customer audits.
• Prepare and report production performance including output, defect data, yield, and related KPIs.

Qualification:

• Male / Female Age 35 – 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing.
• Direct experience in Wave / Coating / Test processes.
• Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role is preferred.
• Good understanding of PCBA manufacturing standards and process control.
• Leadership and people management skills.
