Location: MMC Pathumthani
Working Day: Monday – Friday (Saturday according to the calendar)
Working Hour: 08.00 – 17.30

Responsibilities:

Supervise and control production processes to ensure operations meet production targets and company objectives.
Lead, manage, and monitor production staff to ensure compliance with established work standards and procedures.
Plan, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production processes to maintain efficient operations.
Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, improve efficiency, and reduce waste in the manufacturing process.
Coordinate with related departments, including QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning, and other relevant teams, to ensure smooth production operations.
Monitor production performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification:

Male/Female, Age 30 – 40 Years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience in an assembly production line environment.
Experience in supervising and leading production teams.
Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
Ability to read and understand electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD) will be an advantage.
Knowledge of manufacturing process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or 5S is a plus.
